This is regarding my HDFC Bank Account. Last week i was trying to download the bank account statement for a particular period of time. In the Download Account statement link i saw there are only options to download the acount statement in the txt , delimited and some format called ms money. I dont see an option to download the statement in the pdf format. This is frustrating when i take the printout of this notepad as it is it streches and the information gets aligned in an ugly way and not human readable. I would suggest HDFC bank to add this option .This can be easily done by uising a JAVA API called iText which helps in generating a clean formatted PDF programatically. Or if i am wrong and ther exists an option to get the Statement for the selected timeframe in pdf kindly educate me through that process.Saturday, January 1, 2011
